Keeping our website up-to-date is crucial to attracting and retaining customers. We don’t want to fall behind our competitors, which is why we conduct regular research on what THEY are doing. Here are some of the things we do to stay on top:

  • Content Updates: Adding blog posts, marketing, Game news and keeping our website fresh.
  • Design Updates: Test different designs and layouts to see what resonates with our audience.
  • Analysis: Looking at our website traffic to see what pages are performing well and which ones not.

Marketing

Marketing is all about getting the word out about our awesome video games. Here are some of the ways we do that:

  • Social media marketing: Regular posting videos and images of our games.
  • Email marketing: Keeping our newsletter campaigns rolling and keeping them up to date.
  • Influencer Marketing: Finding, Contacting, Giving them Value, Creating Partnerships.
  • Content marketing: Article ideas that are Trending and around Game Developement.
  • Conferences: Attending, recording, taking notes, promoting our games, having a booth.

Social Media

We know that a picture is worth a thousand words, which is why we put a lot of effort into creating eye-catching images for our social media channels. Here are some of the things we consider when creating our images:

  • Images & Videos of our games
  • Include our logo and branding
  • Highlight our video games and their features
  • Use humor and pop culture references to connect with our audience

Email Sequence Creation

Email is still one of the most effective marketing channels, and we take it seriously. Here’s how we create engaging email sequences:

POD Merch

  • Use social media and email marketing to promote our merch store

Requirements for the Job

If you’re interested in working with us in Business & Finance, here are some of the skills and qualifications we’re looking for:

  • Communication: This is a Freelancing job so being able to understand chat on Fiverr is a Must.
  • Social Media Experience: You must have used social media platforms (Insta, Tw, Fb, Yt, Pin)
  • Finance Experience: You must understand budgeting, monetization, income, profit, and expenses.
  • Marketing Ability: Be able to create a marketing plan (including: influencer, content, email, other)
  • Merch Basics: Minor knowledge of Print on Demand, Dropshipping, Affiliate Products.
  • Passion: You must have a passion for video games and understanding of gaming culture
  • AI Experience: Able to edit “Prompt Engineering” and guide AI into getting the answer you need.
  • Website Understanding: Be able to design and maintain a website.
  • Outsourcing: Able to assign people to all of these tasks.

3 Tiers of Employment:

Freelance VA (per game)

You start as a freelance VA (Virtual Assistant) on Fiverr. Each game you help produce will be “Per Project” and you will be compensated once a freelance project is completed.

  • Per Project
  • Freelancing on Fiverr

Full Time VA (aka Business Manager)

The longer you are with the company (24-Players) and continue to contribute (minimum 5 years), eventually you will be promoted to Full Time Staff “Business Manager”!

When that happens you are entitled to Revenue Share (%5) for the game you manage. In return you will need to manage the actual game development.

  • Still using Fiverr
  • Offer: Contract for %5 per month profit for the Game you assist in growth
  • Must: Update your game once per month (11 small updates +plus 1 Huge update) per year.

Partnership Agreement

When you decide to start your own Game Company (a Branch of 24P), We will sign a “Partnership Agreement” and gain profits from both companies as a whole.

  • Video Game Company: You become your very own Video Game Studio (a branch of “24P”). Entitled to Partner Sharing of both companies (parent and branch). This gives your new company a leg up.
  • Support: Receive help from 24-Players Video Game Company. This comes from financial, freelancers, marketing, contacts and any other thing we can think of.
  • Collaboration: With cross-game marketing & integration
